This villa is next to the beach with a beautiful sea view and a view over the bay of Estepona. Not free standing, but with the same feeling, as it is only attached on one side. You have the disposition over a private garden and around that garden is the communal garden of the urbanization with a pool, the tennis court and direct access to the beach. The whole urbanization is in walking distance from the town center of Estepona and the supermarket Carrefour,

the largest in Estepona, is very close. The house itself is just beautiful. The ground floor holds a large living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen. The terrace is accessible from the living room. There is an open fireplace in the living room. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of a good size and all with a nice view, even the bathrooms. The second floor has a second living room with a large balcony overlooking the sea and is a great place to retire to watch TV, to read or just to dream of never going back home to work. We do rent this house to people who appreciate a perfect interior, the calm, the situation. Definitly not a house for partying.
